I really love this card. When I lost my dog a few years ago, the outpouring of love and kind written messages really provided a salve while I grieved. Now, being able to send this card when a loved one loses a pet has given me a sense of peace and full circle comfort.
I really can't decide on a favorite card, but this "moon through the trees" is the perfect card to send an astronomer and his wife who are dear friends. He is facing multiple surgeries for a head injury. Like Leah and Grace have said in their weekly online messages, don't be stopped by not knowing the right words, just write. So I pulled out this card from my thick stack of recently purchased Tiny&Snail cards, and started in. That's when I realized that I had seen a beautiful crescent moon and Venus the night before on an evening walk. So I shared that little moment with them, in addition to sending love and support.
I like the message cards, AND the blank cards, too. I have a new idea for enjoying the cards even more before I send them! I bought a small plexiglass stand, and I can display a particular Tiny&Snail card on my desk and then switch out from week to week to rotate the cards on display. That's way better than having them sit in a drawer. Your art is inspiring. Halimah PS I have a photo of your card in the plexiglass stand.
