When will my order ship?
Most products are ready to ship. If you order a product that is ready to ship, your order will ship within 1-3 business days of purchase via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail
When will I receive my order?
We ship via UPS, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail within 1-3 business days of purchase.
We ship from Milwaukee, WI (where Grace is living), so it can sometimes take 6 or more business days for orders to reach the West Coast via USPS First Class Mail. Packages sent via Priority Mail usually arrive within 3 business days. The postal service doesn’t guarantee that timeframe, so unfortunately, we aren’t able to either.
Products ship in a rigid mailer to keep your order safe during transit. Shipping includes a tracking number, which we'll share with you in an email.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Sadly, we have had to pause international shipping due to increased tariff charges and customs fees. For now, we only ship within the United States, but we hope to ship to our international customers again soon!
What carriers do you use?
We ship everything via UPS, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority (we love the Post Office!) The carrier generates a tracking number, which we will email to you.
The USPS isn’t required to scan the tracking number at each destination, so this information may not be 100% accurate when you check – but it will definitely let you know when the package has left our hands and when it has arrived at your doorstep!
Can you explain the shipping costs?
Oh, how we wish we could lower shipping costs with the snap of our fingers! When we learn that magic trick, we’ll let you know. In the meantime, please rest assured that we do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
We offer $5 flat-rate shipping OR free shipping for domestic orders over $75!
